Pourtant, si vous savez bien y r\u00e9pondre, elle ne devrait pas s\u2019av\u00e9rer un probl\u00e8me pour vous et peut m\u00eame vous avantager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, il m\u2019est arriv\u00e9 de mener moi-m\u00eame un processus d\u2019embauche et durant toute la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entrevue, je trouvais le candidat un peu terne dans sa fa\u00e7on de s\u2019exprimer. C\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9rangeant. Par contre, lorsqu\u2019il fut temps pour le candidat d\u2019aborder ses fameux points faibles, il m\u2019a parl\u00e9 de sa difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer de mani\u00e8re dynamique, car il \u00e9tait un peu timide.<\/p>\n<p>Sa r\u00e9ponse m\u2019a influenc\u00e9 grandement par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019opinion que j\u2019avais de lui \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Cette question est essentielle pour appr\u00e9cier la capacit\u00e9 du candidat \u00e0 bien se conna\u00eetre lui-m\u00eame et reconna\u00eetre ses propres limites.<\/p>\n<p>Sachez qu\u2019elle risque d\u2019\u00eatre pos\u00e9e et souvent vers la fin de l\u2019entretien. C\u2019est un classique. C\u2019est donc pr\u00e9visible et \u00e0 vous de bien vous pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>La formule varie. Beaucoup de recruteurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent utiliser le terme \u00ab <em>point \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper<\/em> \u00bb ou \u00ab <em>point de vigilance<\/em> \u00bb. Le recruteur peut en demander plusieurs. Donc, pr\u00e9parez-vous en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas de bons ou mauvais points faibles \u00e0 nommer. Il y a simplement de bonnes ou mauvaises mani\u00e8res de les pr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai souvent entendu dire qu\u2019il ne fallait plus mentionner \u00ab <em>perfectionniste<\/em> \u00bb comme point faible, car \u00e7e serait trop clich\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si c\u2019est votre point faible, nommez-le, mais pr\u00e9sentez le d\u2019une mani\u00e8re int\u00e9ressante qui permet de comprendre ce que cela signifie de fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique chez vous et dans votre mani\u00e8re de travailler.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00a0\u00bbcorps du texte\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.15&Prime; disabled=\u00a0\u00bbon\u00a0\u00bb disabled_on=\u00a0\u00bbon|on|on\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ce qu\u2019il faut \u00e9viter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Soyez authentique. Pour vous pr\u00e9parer, demandez-vous ce qui est vraiment votre point \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper. Demandez de l\u2019aide \u00e0 vos proches, si c\u2019est difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux raisons qui vous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 vous retrouver avec ce point \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper. Vous pouvez penser \u00e0 un ou deux moyens concrets pour corriger ce point. Demandez-vous \u00e0 quel moment cela arrive le plus souvent.<\/p>\n<p>Cette information vous permettra de bien \u00e9laborer et pr\u00e9senter votre r\u00e9ponse.
