Country Lane Estates NB Inc. is a long-term care facility dedicated to supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Located in rural areas of New Brunswick, our organization provides essential residential care services to individuals who require structured support in a safe, stable, and respectful environment.

Our facility provides care for Level II, Level 3B, and Level IV residents, including individuals with complex care needs. We support both males and females with varying intellectual abilities, cognitive challenges, physical limitations, and diverse personal needs, ensuring that each resident receives individualized care and attention.

Our team is committed to promoting dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life for every resident. Staff play a critical role in supporting daily living activities and maintaining a compassionate and structured environment.

Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administering and documenting medications as required
Assisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Supporting residents with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifts or mobility aids when required
Monitoring residents’ health status, behaviour, and wellbeing, and reporting concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals
Assisting residents with feeding and meal preparation, including special diets when required
Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas, bedrooms, laundry, and maintaining a sanitary living environment
Providing supervision and emotional support to residents throughout the day
Assisting residents with daily routines and structured activities that promote engagement and wellbeing
Supporting residents with appointments, outings, or recreational activities when applicable
Maintaining accurate daily documentation and reports related to resident care
Responding to emergency situations or behavioural challenges in a calm and professional manner
Encouraging and assisting residents to maintain independence and life skills where possible
Ensuring the facility remains safe, organized, and welcoming for residents

Staff schedules may vary in order to ensure continuous care for residents. Employees must be available to work 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
