The Black Community Resource Centre (BCRC), through the Employment Assistance Services Capacity Development Initiative (EASCDI), provides free, government-funded employment support to Black, Indigenous, and other racialized job seekers who are English-speaking or bilingual in Gatineau and the Outaouais region. We help individuals strengthen their résumés, prepare for interviews, navigate the job market, and connect with employment opportunities. We also work with employers to identify their recruitment needs and connect them with qualified talent, helping build a stronger bridge between job seekers and employers.
