How much does a booth cost?
To know the cost of a booth at a job fair, contact us, we will be happy to inform you! Remember to fill in your contact information.
Are there any preferential rates?
Yes, non-profit organizations benefit from a preferential rate, as well as SMEs.
By reserving your booth in advance, you may be able to get an early discount on your job fair registration! A discount also applies if you register for multiple events at the same time.
All pricing information will appear at the end of your registration form. If you encounter any difficulties during the registration process, please contact our team.
How do I reserve a booth at the job fair?
Nothing could be simpler: just fill out the registration form that we will send you by email upon request. Contact us, we will be happy to guide you step by step in your registration!
What services are included in a booth reservation?
All our packages include furniture, carpet and signage, but also, an appearance in the official show program: company logo and examples of positions offered. On site, our team is at your disposal and rest areas allow you to take a coffee break to regain your strength. As soon as you register, we will contact you to ensure optimal support!
Can I choose additional options?
You can choose from two types of communication options:
– Visibility options on our website ecarriere.com: animated banner, animated island, “exhibitor in the spotlight” article
– Visibility options during the event: logo on the floor plan of the fair, your advertisement in the official program of the job fair and continuing education or of a Job Day.
It is also possible to get meal coupons for you and your team!
Is it possible to reserve a booth for one day instead of two at the Job and continuing education fair?
No. When you reserve a booth, your presence at the job fair is required for both days. This allows you to meet twice as many visitors!
